The hotel had a fantastic location on the third floor of arrivals, making it super easy to access. The staff provided efficient service, responding quickly to my requests and ensuring a smooth check-in process.

Just spent a night here right before heading to a flight, and it was so chill! The staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was small but clean, just how it is in Japan. Loved the bar area too, great for grabbing a drink. Only thing was the bathroom could use better ventilation.
